× You cannot sell the adopt received from me for free, from a raffle, etc.

× It is prohibited to resell the adopt at a higher price than the purchased price

✓ It is allowed to resell at a higher price if there is an add. materials

✓ Allowed to gift adopts, buy for someone as a gift

× It is forbidden to buy adopts solely for the purpose of resale or giveaways

✓ An exception is resale/prank of a model based on the design, but YOU MUST discuss this with me in advance

✓ Allowed to change colors, details, or clothing of the character. For an additional fee, I can do this for you

× I retain intellectual property rights to all my artwork and can use them as examples in my portfolio or publish them on social networks
···
× It is forbidden to use adopts for nft, ai, etc.

× Rules may be supplemented depending on unforeseen situations
